Rotor Pump With Stepless Speed Reducer
With stepless speed reducer, the pump speed can be adjusted in a wide range between 40-1000rpm freely by manual. This configuration is used for application that the flow rate needed adjustment.
Working Principle:
Liquid is drawn into the pump as the rotors disengage, forming cavities. The liquid is transported in the cavity of the rotors around the space of the rotor case.
Liquid is pressured out from the pump as the rotors engage, closing the cavities. The following is the diagram of the working principle:
